The Gira SEED is a series of educational events in the main cities of Argentina, designed to drive the adoption of blockchain and Web3. Each event aims to deepen knowledge about the uses of blockchain and its development potential in each region, connecting local professionals with international Web3 ecosystem speakers.
Gira Seed
Who joins the Gira SEED?
Entrepreneurs and professionals
interested in funding and industry opportunities.
Academics and university students
faculties, students, and teachers interested in Ethereum and Blockchain.
Institutions and governments
organizations that foster the development of these initiatives and technologies, generating collaboration and connections.
Blockchain Patagonia
We held our first “Gira SEED” edition, where we connected with the local chamber of entrepreneurs and supported the founders of BIT (IT Base) in setting up an Ethereum node. As a result of our visit and the connections made, San Martín was chosen as the venue for Edge City — an incredible opportunity for the local ecosystem!
Blockchain Tandil
We had a full auditorium and partnered with UNICEN, the most important university in the region, which drove student attendance (more than 35% of the audience came through the university outreach). We supported the official launch of Nodo Serrano, the new local blockchain community, which has already announced its upcoming initiatives.
Blockchain Mendoza
We visited Universidad Champagnat and Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, where we spoke with university profiles and met students leading blockchain projects — who now run an Ethereum node at their universities. We were also invited to participate in Nerdconf Mendoza, where we connected with more than 500 builders from the province.
Blockchain Neuquén
We inaugurated the Technology Hub (Polo Tecnológico), a space bringing together entrepreneurial profiles and teams. We connected with organizations like Endeavor and Rather Labs. The dean of the Faculty of Computer Science at Universidad de Comahue attended and called on his students, highlighting the importance of these initiatives.
Blockchain San Juan
San Juan marked a milestone with the first Blockchain conference in the province — full house at two universities with 200+ attendees. The event was recognized as being of Scientific Interest and opened doors to collaborations: from mentorships at the NGO JAE to the creation of a new builders and devs channel. The initiative received major media coverage, including a national TV interview about Blockchain, Ethereum, and tokenization. Together with Andes Tech (a local tech community), we organized an IRL meetup that further strengthened the local community.
Blockchain Chaco
Chaco opened major opportunities for collaboration with institutions and government, such as the ICCTI (Chaco Institute of Science and Technology), the Economic Federation (interested in asset tokenization), and Polo IT. The conference was backed by UTN Chaco, bringing in the academic ecosystem and youth talent programs like Informatorio. The initiative had strong media reach on regional TV channels, bringing Ethereum, Blockchain, and smart contract concepts to new audiences.
Blockchain Salta
We organized Blockchain Salta in partnership with local communities (Desafía and Saltadev). The conference had major media coverage with radio and TV appearances, and generated a connection with the Ministry of Education, which invited us to present at “Expo Futuro“, reaching more than 25,000 attendees. Over 30% of the audience were developers, reflecting strong interest in career and development opportunities.
Blockchain Mar del Plata
We opened major opportunities for collaboration with institutions and government, including UTN and local tech organizations. Strong regional media reach bringing blockchain and Web3 concepts to new audiences.
Blockchain Rosario
We organized Blockchain Rosario in partnership with Roschain and the Bar Association. The event allowed us to open direct dialogue with university students and city government bodies. There was strong public interest in tokenization and how blockchain technology can be concretely integrated into traditional systems, especially in legal, administrative, and productive environments.
